The Tech has updated our school field trip operating schedule for the 2024-2025 school year. Please review the calendar for our new operational schedule.
Field Trip Pricing 2024-2025
**Please note that field trip pricing for the 2024-2025 school year has changed.
School field trips available Sept. 5, 2024 - June 6, 2025. Summer 2025 field trips available June 11, 2025 - Aug. 8, 2025.
Title I Schools*
Admission: $5 per student
IMAX educational film: $6 per student, $6 per chaperone, $6 IMAX Snack Pack**
Admission + IMAX combo: $10 per student, $6 per chaperone
Admission + 60-90 minutes Hands-on Lab: $240 per class; minimum of 16 and maximum of 32 students required. Available Sept. 5, 2024 - June 6, 2025
45 Minute Hands-on Lab: No additional charge for school groups; pre-registration strongly recommended.
Non-Title I Schools
Admission: $10 per student
IMAX educational film: $6 per student, $6 per chaperone, $6 IMAX Snack Pack
Admission + IMAX combo: $15 per student, $6 per chaperone
Admission + 60-90 minutes Hands-on Lab: $475 per class; minimum of 16 and maximum of 32 students required. Available Sept. 5, 2024 - June 6, 2025
45 Minute Hands-on Lab: No additional charge for school groups; pre-registration strongly recommended.
Summer Educational Programs
Admission: $7 per child
IMAX educational film: $6 per child, $6 per chaperone, $6 IMAX Snack Pack

Innovation Lab** (45 minutes): N/A
Important Details
* If 40% or more of the students in your program meet the federal guidelines for free or reduced-price lunch, you are eligible for this discount.
**IMAX Snack Pack must be ordered in advance. Includes popcorn and small water.
- Payment is due three (3) weeks after your reservation is confirmed
- Please ensure your student counts are accurate. No refunds will be issued for unused general admission and IMAX tickets.
- Chaperones within the required adult to child ratio will be provided free admission. Please see our Field Trip Planning page for more information on chaperone requirements.
