What is AI and how will it shape our future?
Chances are that the more you hear about artificial intelligence (AI), the more questions you have about this emerging technology. Whether you’re an educator or just curious about AI, we’re here to help.
The Tech will be hosting events, creating educational resources, and more. We believe that when everyone feels empowered to use and understand a new technology, then the future that technology creates will be better for all of us.
National AI Literacy Day
On March 27, 2026 The Tech Interactive will participate in National AI Literacy Day, an annual event dedicated to exploring how AI is shaping our world. Check out the National website for more resources and professional development.
Professional Development Opportunity for Educators
On Saturday, March 28th, 2026 our Educator Workshop will explore NGSS-aligned lessons that support students of all ages in AI Literacy. From how complex AI models are developed to address real-world challenges to simple introductions to computer vision, participants will consider both the opportunities and challenges of using AI in education. This hands-on workshop will include unplugged and plugged AI activities as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of AI experiences within the museum.
